I recently had the pleasure to hike this very nice historical trail in Hartbeespoort. Located just outside the Hartbeespoort Town, South Africa. Not to a strenuous hike of about 6km, the first 1km is a little climb, and then it plateaus and becomes tad easier to hike. The views of Hartbeespoort and surrounds are just beautiful.
Great thing is that you can take your pets with you on the hike, which I’m sure they will enjoy. There are a few historical points of interest for the history buffs. Once you have finished the hike, and since it starts from the Nineteen69 Restaurant, you can have a breakfast and enjoy a coffee.
By my rating, I would be a easy hike, but for some it might be moderate.
